You might be very excited already of the return of the zombie series with the episode, The Walking Dead season 2 episode 8? Well, things will be in place and even the creator was sued still it will continue to roll and heads will definitely roll with it on the series. That's right you read it right, Robert Kirkman, the creator of the popular dead man series is facing a law suit and if you want to know the details of the said situation, just check out the embedded story of the said law suit.

Welcome back to another exciting episode of Wheel of Litigation! It simply wouldn't be Hollywood if somebody wasn't suing somebody else on a weekly basis. This week the contestants are Robert Kirkman -- creator of the apocalyptic zombie comic series The Walking Dead, and the AMC series based on it -- and his former partner, Michael Anthony Moore. With The Walking Dead set to return for its second season winter premiere tomorrow night, the timing probably isn't coincidental that Moore filed suit against Kirkman this past Thursday.

Moore and Kirkman were childhood friends who had worked on several comics together, including self-publishing a series called Battle Pope together in 2000. On the Walking Dead front, Moore illustrated the first six issues of the zombie series, and drew the covers for 18 other issues. Now Moore has filed suit claiming that Kirkman tricked him into surrendering his rights to The Walking Dead and other projects in exchange for payments he has never received.

The Wrap has a detailed rundown of the case, which stems from a 2005 contract between Kirkman and Moore. Moore alleges that, after signing the contract, he hasn't been paid his due and hasn't been allowed to examine Kirkman's relevant bookkeeping. In a statement released Friday, Kirkman called the claims "ridiculous" and said that Moore regularly receives payments for both his comic illustrations and his royalties for the AMC series. The statement continues:

We each had legal representation seven years ago and now he is violating the same contract he initiated and approved and he wants to misrepresent the fees he was paid and continues to be paid for the work he was hired to do. Source: Cinemablend

It a recent spoiler of the episode that I have read today, this episode might reveal a new cast - two faces to be exact. It is said that these guys will be showing their faces during the heated discussions / argument of Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and Hershel (Scott Wilson).

Here's the synopsis provided by Telepisodes.net where the conflict between these two escalates and it seems that they'll be killing each other on the next few episodes of the show.

Hershel wants that Rick and his group to leave immediately while Shane accusing Rick to be just as delusional as Hershel saying that the later knew about Sophia the whole time and hid from the group. Meanwhile, Dale tells Andrea to be careful with her relationship with Shane since he knows that kind of person he is and now he wants him to leave the group. He also uncover the truth to Lori, including the fate of Otis.

Nebraska Sneak Peek

Now that's intense right! Well, I am really interested to watch this episode and see if what's the truth behind the fate of Otis. I am looking forward too for the possible face to face of the guys that might lead to a "western-style" gun draw and how they will deal with the walkers. I hope that these survivors continued to survive and fight for their lives until the end. However, everything will come to an end and I think what will happen to them later is really inevitable.

Well, let just watch The Walking Dead season 2 episode 8 on February 12, 2012 and see the things that will happen.
